During our Wine & Cheese evening, Karen from The Stamford Cheese Cellar (link above) will explain about the history of Artisan Cheeses, how best to keep and serve them, as well as raising awareness of the huge array of cheeses currently available.
She will share her passion of cheese, through the stages of production: from cow to cheese producer to your table!
A light supper will be provided, along with delicious cheeses & paired wines.
